(“Aramis”), but only under all of the following conditions: Bob & Mike of Aramis must represent you in a residential purchase transaction and Bell Escrow, a non-independent Broker Escrow (a subsidiary of Aramis) must be contractually designated by principals as the Escrow Holder in said resulting sale transaction.
